Verizon Media & Kaleidoscope Society

“I am passionate about mentoring because I believe everyone has a unique gift to contribute to the world. I would not be where I am today without the mentors who have taken the time to listen, coach, and most importantly believe in me. I am determined to pay it forward by continuing to dispel stigma around mental health and disability. I want the next generation to feel valued for their unique gifts and empowered to contribute their full potential in the workplace and in their communities.”

We are proud to induct Margaux Joffe into the Susan Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame.

Margaux Joffe is an award-winning producer, advocate and Director of Accessibility Marketing at Verizon Media.

After living with undiagnosed ADHD for 29 years, Margaux founded Kaleidoscope Society, an empowering community for women with ADHD. The project has empowered thousands of people in over 100 countries through storytelling and expert advice.

Margaux went on to found the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource group at Yahoo / Verizon Media, with a mission to empower all minds in the workplace. In two years she scaled the group to a global network of peer support for employees in over 35 offices around the world.
