In 2018, the Leadership and Mentoring Task Force for the Global Partnership for Youth with Disabilities (GPcwd) published findings from a survey to identify ways to improve access to mentoring and leadership opportunities for youth with disabilities. As part of a side event for the Global Disability Summit,  Mobility International USA (MIUSA), Partners for Youth with Disabilities, the National Disability Mentoring Coalition (NDMC), the World Institute on Disability (WID) and our partners will bring together leadership development and mentoring practitioners to discuss the Task Force findings, our current work to build new leadership development and mentoring supports, and discuss a community of practitioners for more inclusive, accessible and customized experiences moving forward.

This event will be hosted on 17 February 2022 from 1:00pm – 2:30pm EST.
