Transition Resources

This compilation of transition resources was a collaborative effort between the following 2022 Dinah F.B. Cohen DREAM Fellows: Jayden Gutierrez, Julia Harter, Romita Hoff, Kadaline Jackel, and Hadley Kronick. They would like to share the following words:

We are grateful for the National Disability Mentoring Coalition’s creation of this fellowship, and for the individual donors who supported this Fellowship, including friends and family of Dinah Cohen and the individuals who donated in support of the Class of 2021 of the Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame. We are also grateful to DREAM for their partnership in the promotion of the fellowship and application review. A special acknowledgement to Kadaline Jackel for taking the lead on designing this project. Lastly, we want to extend our gratitude to those who volunteered their time and effort in the creation of this project. We hope this is the beginning of a resource page that future Fellowship cohorts will add to, reaching more young adults and their allies and advocates so everyone can transition to the lives and careers they want.

This project was made possible by GEICO’s generous support of the National Disability Mentoring Coalition’s Dinah F.B. Cohen DREAM Fellowship.
